When women earn, everyone rises.

This Giving Tuesday, you can help women rise.

At Ibu, we know that when women earn, everyone rises—and right now, your support can go twice as far. Every gift will be matched dollar for dollar up to $100,000.

Your donation today will expand artisan access to our Marketplace—exactly what our partners have asked for—and help us build a new platform to serve twice as many women artisans around the world. At a time of rising tariffs, instability, and shrinking rights for women in many regions, your generosity provides real opportunity and tangible economic security. Every $500 raised gives one more woman work and opportunity.

Looking ahead to 2026, we’re developing meaningful collaborations to meet the growing demand for ethical fashion and handmade luxury goods. In addition to our expanded Marketplace, our new SpringBOArd Ibu Atelier will support ten artisan groups through an in-depth design process, while targeted marketing will bring their work to new audiences.

Potential is exploding. Now is the moment to invest in women’s talent, dignity, and economic freedom. Please join us—and the thousands of women crafting change. We’re so grateful for your support.

The Maya Youth Artisan Initiative in Yucatán engages young women, pairing them with master weavers to learn traditional fiber techniques. Students prepare their own fibers, warp looms, and turn their textiles into functional pieces like handbags. They’ve explored color theory, exhibited their work publicly, and now sell their creations in local shops.

Ibu Movement Foundation funding has provided essential tools, expert training, and now a dedicated coordinator, Zacil Cinco, who is launching a new curriculum to deepen and expand the program.

This isn’t just cultural preservation—it’s economic empowerment. These young women are gaining real income-producing skills, agency over their futures, and pride in the heritage they carry forward.
